Indian Business Aviation Expo

This week, MIU Events, in association with Exhibitions India Group, will be hosting IBAE (Indian Business Aviation Expo) the first dedicated business aviation event for the Indian market. According to various commentators and analysts the Asia-Pacific region is overtaking Western countries in terms of private aviation and will become the most significant growth market over the next 10 years. For India, there is much to do in terms of establishing the infrastructure and a regulatory environment which embraces business aviation. The country will see huge growth in air traffic this decade, as some 350-400 million Indian nationals trade up from land based to airborne transport. Inevitably, business aviation will become more commonplace for the high end Corporate sector and HNWI as the need for point to point air travel and accessing regions not served by scheduled carriers becomes the norm, rather than a luxury.
