Boeing 777 Freighter takes off

A Boeing 777 Freighter completed a series of tests during its first ever flight lasting more than 3.5 hours.
The programme will involve two aircraft flying approximately 270 flight hours and completing more than 450 ground test hours.  FAA and EASA certification is expected in 4Q08 for first delivery to Air France.  Boeing has secured 78 orders from 11 customers for this aircraft.
