Transformation from Magnum Jet to JetSuite

The business plan of Magnum Jet has been revised in order to create JetSuite. The new company will start offering charter services in the Western United States with an Embraer Phenom 100 in June 2009 and it expects to operate 100 Phenom 100s and 300s by 2013.
JetSuite will offer ownership in Phenom aircraft and guarantee US$25,000 per month to the owners in return for their permission to JetSuite to operate their aircraft.
