MOU agreement for Silverjet

Silverjet, a British all-business-class airline that currently operates three 767s, announced that it entered into an MOU on 29th April with a UAE based investor. This MOU will provide for a new investment of approximately GBP12.7m in Silverjet.
The investor intends to invest up to a further GBP38.1m in the ongoing development of Silverjet and the airline’s expansion to new markets within the Middle East, the Far East and Africa.
Upon completing this investment, it is intended that the investor will appoint two representatives to Silverjet's Board of Directors.
