Eclipse to fly again

Eclipse Aerospace has bought the assets of Eclipse Aviation for $40million. A federal bankruptcy judge in Albuquerque approved the deal last Thursday. Eclipse Aerospace was formed on May 9 and will initially concentrate on getting parts to the existing 259 Eclipse owners, followed by modifications and upgrades. It is hoped the company will bring the Ecipse 500 back into production over the next 6 to 18 months.
