UK Govt loan for A350 XWB

The British Government has agreed to support the Airbus A350 XWB with a £340million repayable launch investment. The support will sustain and consolidate jobs in the UK aerospace sector and strengthen the UK's position as a world leader in wing, landing gear and fuel integration systems technologies. UK Business Secretary, Lord Mandleson said, "Aerospace.....stimulates innovation across industry, demonstrates our ability to work with the most advanced technologies, and provides high-quality, highly skilled employment."
