US Government spend $550million on new jets

Having lambasted the private sector for using corporate jets when the credit crunch struck, the US Congress is to approve $550million (of taxpayers money) to buy eight new jets to upgrade the Federal government fleet, "to replace ageing and more expensive business jets".

A case of do as we say, rather than do as we do!
