Waha Capital acquires 50% stake in AerVenture

Abu Dhabi based Waha Capital PJSC has acquired a 50% stake in AerVenture. The remaining 50% will be held by AerVenture's parent company, AerCap. The parties have agreed to a joint equity investment of $270m.
